The identity verification (KYC) process must be completed before your first withdrawal can be processed. Required documents include a copy of your valid identity card (MyKad) or passport, and proof of current address such as a utility bill or bank statement.

You may close your dapurtoto account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, all eligible fund balances will be returned to you after deducting any unfulfilled bonus balance.

Dapurtoto reserves the right to suspend or close your account without prior notice if:

• You have violated any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• There is a suspicion that the account is being used for fraudulent or illegal activities.
• You failed to complete the KYC process within the required timeframe.
• You registered as an underage user.
• Account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
